Summary:

The FTP server cluster is experiencing some issues at the moment and this is preventing customers from uploading/updating their website files via FTP and web-editing software that uses FTP. Our technicians are currently working on a fix. The current ETA is 15-20 minutes. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

FTP service is available again. Our techs will monitor the issue to make sure that it is stable.

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue between ourselves and our gTLD domain registrar. This is preventing the registrations, renewals, updates and the transfers in of .com/.org/.net domains from completing successfully.

Our team is working with our registrar to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETA. We will update this post when progress has been made. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Update Thursday 30-1-2014:

This issue has now been resolved. Any failed registrations, renewals and domain updates have now been processed.
