Summary:
We have observed some emails configured to forward to a Bigpond email address bouncing back to the sender.
It should be noted that this is not affecting all email addresses forwarded to Bigpond.
Our technicians are working together with Bigpond to ensure this issue is resolved.
Update Monday, 27th 2011
We are still working with Bigpond to resolve this issue.
Between then and now we have rolled out a new mail server that should see delivery of all email forwarded to Bigpond accounts.
We will continue to work with Bigpond to solve the original issue.

Update
Our Platform Department have identified a rogue SQL query that is exploiting a bug in MySQL. Unfortunately this has requireed a reboot of mysql.ilisys.com.au a number of times.
Sites are currently stable but until we identify and correct the cause of this issue we are leaving the status flaggged as current.
All sites using our other servers are unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience

We’ve identified the sites that were exploited and disabled them. This issus should now be resolved.

Impact: Some sites hosted on the Power cluster

Summary:
Our technicians had discovered a website causing high loads on the web servers in the Power cluster, and subsequently rendering some of them unresponsive. The site had been identified and the script causing the problem had been disabled.
