There was a display error that rendered some PDF attachemnts on email to be either blank or garbled. Our Product Development team have corrected this issue and we are in the process of sending out Tax Invoices, Receipts and Client Information Sheets for customers we know were affected. If you haven’t received a replacement PDF by the end of the day please raise a ticket via the Toolkit.

Technicians are investigating an issue prevent customers from logging into the Toolkit. We will update the Status page as more information comes to hand.

The issue affecting the Toolkit is also affecting sites using Memcache. Cycling all the nodes in the cluster will address this and is happening now.

This issue is now resolved.

Secure pages protected by a dedicated SSL certificate should now be loading correctly. Technicians are still working on issues with sites that use our Shared SSL option.
