There is currently a known issue with the m4-mysql1-1.ilisys.com.au. This will be negatively affecting sites using that database server. At this stage we do not have an ETA for a resolution.

The technicians have identified and corrected the issue with the database server.

Summary:
We will be upgrading our LDAP infrastructure which will require a one hour period in which the “Email setup” page in the toolkit will be unusable. Once the update is complete the “Email setup” page will continue to function normally.

Update 21:12 AEST:
The LDAP upgrade is now complete, functionality to the “Email setup” page has been restored.
