The (n1-mysql5-3) server requires a 20 minute outage to perform an upgrade. All sites using this server for dynamic content will be unavailable during this period.

Update 5:01 AEST:
The is available however some issues exist with innodb tables. Technicians are working to resolve this issue quickly.

Update 5:20 AEST:
The issue with innodb tables has now been resolved and the server is fully functional again. The server was down from 4:40 to 5:00 AEST. The additional problem with innodb tables was resolved at 5:17 AEST.

Windows updates

Uplink upgrade

Update: Tuesday, July 6 2010
In preparation for the Sunday upgrade we need a brief outage tonight. Between 2130 and 2230 AEST there will be a five minute outage.

We are upgrading our uplink to increase capacity to our Data Centre. As part of this process we will be changing to a new Internet provider. This new provider will enable us to double the current throughput capacity.

This process will require a brief outage between 01:00 and 01:30 AEST. The actual outage should only be around five minutes.
