Several Windows hosting services will be offline for a period of up to 5 minutes between 23:00 and 0:00 AEDT. This is to perform essential upgrades to these servers.

Standard Cluster / SSL Issue

Some sites hosted on our Standard Cluster or hosted with SSL may be presenting visitors with a blank page. Technicians are currently investigating into the issue.

Update, 11:35 AEDST: The problem was caused by one of our load balancers experiencing a hardware issue. Technicians were able to implement a fix, and affected sites are now working correctly. Apologies for any inconveniences caused by this interruption.

POP/IMAP Mail Issues

Some clients may be experiencing issues when checking email via POP or IMAP. Affected clients will receive a message similar to “Connection dropped by IMAP server” when checking email through Webmail also. Technicians are currently working to resolve this issue. We apologise for any inconveniences caused by this interruption.

Update: This issue was resolved as at 9:00PM (21:00) AEDST.

Payment gateway issue

Impact: Credit card payments made to Ilisys may be declined

Due to an issue with the Commonwealth Bank, credit card payments are currently failing. We apologise for any inconveniences caused by this interruption.

Update, 11:00 AEDST: The issue is related to a national EFTPOS/ATM network outage that Commonwealth Bank are experiencing at present. Ilisys clients using our Camtech facilities may also experience issues processing payments on CBA cards.

Update, 11:50 AEDST: We have been advised by our merchant provider that the CBA payment service has been restored, and we’re now able to take credit card payments as normal.
