Intermittent Network Issues

Impact: Intermittent timeouts and slow connections to Ilisys services

Due to an issue with one of our upstream providers, clients connecting to Ilisys-hosted services may be intermittently slow or may time out. We have escalated this issue to our vendor, and are liaising with them for resolution. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update, 30/09/2009: This issue has not reoccurred for several days and thus has been updated to resolved. We will continue to monitor the service closely and will post any subsequent updates.

Urchin Profiles Issue

Impact: Urchin showing error messages like “No Reports to View!”

Status: Resolved

Due to an issue with Urchin, it is presently not allowing clients to log in and view reports. At this stage, the collection of statistics and Urchin by Email have not been impacted. Technicians are currently investigating the cause of the issue.

Update, 11:50: The Urchin login issue is now resolved, however a number of accounts have not processed statistics correctly since Friday, 18/09. We are currently working through reprocessing these statistics.

Update, 16:40: Our team are still working through reprocessing missed statistics, we currently expect this to be completed tomorrow morning.

Update, 10:45 22/09/2009: We’ve now reprocessed 80% of statistics, and are working to complete the remaining sites affected.

Update, 16:50: Reprocessing has completed for remaining affected sites. Tomorrow morning we will begin resending corrected Urchin by Email reports.

NT3 Permissions Issue

Impact: Some sites requesting username/password instead of displaying web page

Some sites hosted on NT3 ( would have presented visitors with an authentication request due to mis-configuration. Technicians have now resolved this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this interruption.
