Impact: No connectivity to all services

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues for all services. Technicians are looking into the issue.
Update 08:23 AEST: Technicians have identified the network issue are currently working on a resolution and hope to have services onine as soon as possible.
Update, 08:40 AEST: All services appear to be back online. The team will be providing an incident report on this page later today.
Incident Report, 16:52 AEST: The Interactive Data centre experienced a UPS failure at 03:00 on 21 August, 2009. Power was restored at 04:45 however due to a configuration issue our core routers did not resume operation as expected. The configuration was corrected and systems came online at 08:35.
As a precaution we have added some extra logic to our monitoring systems and added specific checks to our offsite Pingdom monitoring.
