Some linux hosted clients may currently be unable to connect to FTP, and some sites hosted on some of our Windows or Quarantine servers may be unavailable. Technicians are currently investigating the issue.

Update 16:10 AEST Issue should be resolved for most users, some MS SQL databases are being reloaded by the Platform team. ETA 15 minutes.

Update 16:45 AEST A few MS SQL databases had not reattached and this has now been resolved.

FTP Unavailable

MySQL4 outage

Impact: No connectivity to mysql4 (n3-mysql4-3) server

One of the MySQL servers (mysql4/n3-mysql4-3) had connectivity issues on Sunday. This caused sites with databases on that server to time out. This issue was resolved at 18:31 AEST.

Phone support unavailble

Our support staff are currently unable to login to the phone system and therefore cannot answer any calls at this time, engineers are working to rememdy this situate.  Email support is still available.

Scheduled Maintenance

Early on Tuesday morning we require a one hour window to perform scheduled maintenance on our SAN storage infrastructure. During this time Email and Web service performance may be reduced.

Update 1:05 AEST: The maintenance window has been extended for an additional 15 minutes. All services are operating as normal.

Update 1:15 AEST: The maintenance is now complete.
