Mail delays

A mail server became unresponsive which caused a large queue to build up on our mail relay servers which are used for delivering mail from hosted websites. This resulted in delayed mail delivery for email coming from websites hosted on our systems. This issue has now been resolved and mail delivery times are back to normal levels.

Due to an issue with our telephony system calls to Ilisys Sales (1800 999 618) or Support (1800 995 645) will result in a busy tone. The issue has been escalated to our telephony vendors to investigate and resolve.

The technical support team is still on hand and are able to assist through email ( for any urgent issues.

Update 13/10/2008: The issue has been resolved and callers are able to reach the support team. We apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused over the weekend.

Webmail timeouts

A number of clients have reported issues using neutrally branded webmail services such as The issue is currently being investigated.

Incorrect Reseller Invoicing

Our new reseller billing system has incorrectly invoiced some of our resellers for the month of November, rather than October.

We apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused. Our development team are working on reissuing corrected invoices and reapplying any payments taken. Any affected resellers will receive a corrected invoice later in the day.
