Update 11:00 AEDT: Technical staff have identified a fault within a Foundry load balancer. This fault is affecting all data entering the Ilisys network. We have spare hardware onsite and technicians are working to bring this online now.

Customers report difficulty reaching our Support phone number and we are working to extend our telephone resources.

Update 11:45 AEDT: The new load balancer hardware has been brought online. Problems connecting to the Ilisys network have now been resolved. Some mail will be delayed however no mail will be lost.

Slow connectivity problems

There is currently an issue with slow connectivity to all services at the moment. Technicians are working to correct the problem at the moment.

Update 10:00 AEDT: Technicians are still working on this issue and are working through the possible causes of the issue.

Update 10:20 AEDT: Technicians are still working on the possible causes of of the issue. No ETA on resolution as yet. Due to a large influx of calls on this issue, our technical support lines may be engaged or have a prolonged wait time.

Mail delay

The were some network connectivity problems on our smtp mail servers which meant that some mail would have been deferred during this period. No mail would have been lost, the mail would have been delayed however during this period.
