Impact: Slow connectivity to Ilisys services

Currently customers may be experiencing slow connectivity to Ilisys services. This is due to an issue with our upstream provider. We currently do not have an ETA on the fix from them, however we will update this as soon as possible.
Update 16:25 AEST: This issue appears to be part of genaralized routing issues within Australia today. A number of ISPs report connectivity issues, including Optus, Westnet, Amnet, aaNet & iinet.
Update 18:00 AEST: The connectivity issues with our upstream provider have now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue with updating email addresses and passwords in the toolkit. Technicians are working on the problem and will have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Update: Technicians have now resolved the issue and email addresses can be updated in the toolkit again.

Some customers have reported their sites are loading slower then usual. In some cases they have even timed out.Â
The Platform department are investigating the issue.
Update: The Platform department have identified the cause of the performance degradation and addressed it.
We will continue to monitor the situation.

Update: The Ilisys network was subjected to two denial of service attacks, early on Sunday. In both cases, the attackers degraded general network connectivity.
Customers reported slow access to FTP, web and databases.
The issue was resolved by Platform staff at 12:45 AET
