Mail4 (203.202.10.101/203.202.10.85) went down at 22:21 AEST. The server was brought back online at 23:09 AEST.

During this outage, mail sent via scripts on our webservers would have been delayed and will be delivered shortly. Please note no email would have been lost during this outage.

mysql4 reported too many open connections when sites attempted to connect to it this morning. The connection limit has been increased and the process restarted.

The server will be monitored closely to watch for a reoccurence.

A brief unscheduled reboot was carried out on the mysql4 and mysql5 database servers to improve database performance.  Outage time was five minutes and three minutes respectively.

Ilisys apologises for the unscheduled nature of the outage.

Nt2 (203.202.10.9) will be down from 0:00am to 0:30 AEST for hardware maintenance.

Update: The hardware maintenance was completed at 0:15 AEST.

The NT2 windows server (203.202.10.9) has had a hardware issue, and work is currently proceeding to bring the server back up. Expected completion is 21:30 AEST.

Update: The server was back up at 21:14 AEST although a 2 minute reboot was necessary to install Windows Update patches at 21:37.
