There is currently a backlog of emails sent from forms or scripts on websites we host. In particular, email from sites addressed to Yahoo addresses are not able to be delivered due to problems on Yahoo’s servers. However, the amount of emails in the queue will slow down delivery to other addresses.

Emails sent and received from webmail and local email clients are not affected.

Update 14:30 AEST: The backlog of emails sent from scripts and forms on websites has now reduced. Emails should be coming through much quicker now.

Update Jun 30, 11:00 AEST: Emails to Yahoo addresses are beginning to be accepted by the Yahoo mail servers and we expect the final backlog of emails to Yahoo to be delivered during the course of today.

There is a backlog of email to be forwarded to other major ISPs at present. We are monitoring the situation and attempting to get the email delivered as soon as possible.

Email delivered to Ilisys mail accounts is not affected, just email being forwarded externally.

Update 17:00 AEST: Forwards to most ISPs are back to normal with the exception of Optusnet and TPG.

MasterCard’s systems are experiencing intermittent connectivity failures. These issues are consequently affecting Ilisys customers seeking to process MasterCard payments using a Camtech payment gateway.

Update 14:25 AEST: MasterCard have resolved their link issues.

This morning certain customers may have noticed sub-optimal page load times. An internal network issue has been resolved and affected sites are now performing normally.

The first of three stages in this morning’s outage is now underway and Ilisys services are now isolated from the internet.

Update 01:27 AEST: the first stage of the outage has been completed successfully.

Update 02:25 AEST: the second stage of the outage has been completed successfully.

Update 04:15 AEST: Ilisys is back on the air, mail is working, linux cluster is coming up in the next 5 minutes, other services are being progressively worked on.

Update 04:25 AEST: All remaining services are online. We will continue to test systems through the weekend but do not expect further interruptions to service.

Late Friday (16th June) untill early Saturday (17th June) morning, we will be upgrading our data-centre core infrastructure. This will consolidate our network services and will provide a foundation for future enhancements to our service offering.

A three hour outage is required to complete the network changeover, during which services will be isolated from the internet and there will be no connectivity to the Ilisys network.

With the Queen’s Birthday holiday in most of the country on Monday, 12th June, Ilisys will be open limited hours from 9am to 5pm AEST.

There is a lengthy queue on the mailserver that handles sending email from websites, due to one customer sending a large mailing list in one hit rather than batching their delivery in small amounts. Emails from websites will be delayed. We estimate the queue will be back to normal in approximately two hours.

Update 12:35 AEST: this mail queue is now back to normal.

Due to a problem overnight with one of our spam processing servers, some email is currently delayed.  We expect this queue to clear in the next 60-90 minutes.
