[Update] POP timeouts for Outlook and Outlook Express users
March 31st, 2006 12:24 AETWe’ve made some configuration changes to the Courier-IMAP software and also some modified some settings on our load balancer, and that seems to have helped this problem.
However, some customers are still seeing it. We haven’t found a pattern to why it happens for some customers and not others, other than it’s more likely to happen for mailboxes containing emails with large attachments.
We are still working on this issue.
